I am going to rotate the last 3 council spots.
And they will also cycle meaning that whoever is in position 4 will move up to 3, the one in 5 will be in 4 and a new member will take spot 5.
This will happen every 3 months as I will try and get a new layout put up in that time.

Ok my two cents.
DC stands for Donation Competition. It's all about donating to the guild member but it is also a competition which means you fight for 1st place if you want the prize mentioned.

It is always best to state what the prizes are up front and have them already bought and saved in your sdb.
