The Hangmen LLC. is proud to announce that GallowsCon 2007 will take place on September 22nd in Merrillville Indiana. Not worth the time at all. I have never gotten anything good from doing the brain tree. This is the dumbest idea neopets has come out with yet. I used to really love neopets and the way most of the stuff worked. The layout of the news page was always nice to look at and we could use backgrounds on our user lookups, stores, galleries, and guild home pages. I am going to rotate the last 3 council spots.
And they will also cycle meaning that whoever is in position 4 will move up to 3, the one in 5 will be in 4 and a new member will take spot 5.
This will happen every 3 months as I will try and get a new layout put up in that time.
